The Zeeland Regatta combines an exciting competition on the water with an attractive programme of activities on shore - all set in a wonderful environment.

In addition to the athletic achievements, the competitive aspect and the fun everyone has together, Zeeland Regatta strives to raise water awareness and get younger generations involved in and excited about water-related themes.
Zeeland Regatta wants to minimise the amount of waste produced during the event and efficiently manage waste collection on location through the principle of “reduce, reuse and recycle.”
All participants, coaches, supporters and visitors of Zeeland Regatta must have a "Zero Waste” mindset and pack responsibly when attending the event, only bring with them what they intend to bring back home and leave nothing on shore or in the water that does not belong there.
